Learning Support Assistant - SEMH

A client primary school in the Stretford area of Manchester (M32) are looking for a learning support assistant to work across the school with children with Behavioural, Emotional and Social Difficulties.. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with children with similar needs and will be comfortable working closely with the children's parents, the schools SENCO and other members of SLT to assist the children continually through out the school day.

Each child works from specific IEP's so the successful candidate will have experience following specific steps and moving children on with their learning. The schools SLT were graded 'OUTSTANDING' at the schools last OFSTED inspection so the successful learning support assistant can expect constant support whilst working in the school.

This full time role will start as soon as all the necessary checks have been completed and will run up until the end of the academic year. To be considered for this position you will have prior experience working with children with SEMH and will be looking to develop your career in education.
