Experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant or Care Assistant needed for an immediate start. 

I am currently working with an excellent specialist academy based in the Gainsborough area that is looking for Learning Support Assistant to start as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children or come from a care home background. The role will entail working with a variety of different SEN needs; they range from Autism to moderate or severe learning difficulties. The role is challenging but for the right individual it is very rewarding and presents a great opportunity for career development. 

The role:

• Working students who have special education needs
• Assisting the delivery of all lessons and helping to engage students
• 1:1 Intervention
• State of the art facilities
• 08:30 to 15:00
• Ages 2 to 11

Candidate requirements:

• Previous Learning Support Assistant experience or Care experience desirable
• Experience with ASC, MLD, SLD or Physical Disabilities
• Enthusiasm, proactive approach and taking initiative
• Experience within small groups or 1:1 setting
