Learning Support Assistant
Job description
Teaching Personnel are looking for a passionate and driven Learning Support Assistant to join an “outstanding” ofsted school in central Bristol.
This school offers a unique environment, seeking a qualified and motivated individual to support students with diverse needs. Students are eager to learn and benefit from support to foster independence. This role involves working with students through Key Stages 3 and 4 with the potential or working with post 16.
Learning Support Assistant involves:
- Providing classroom support to students
- Fostering a safe and encouraging atmosphere for their education.
- Working 1-1 or in small groups
- Aiding educational, behavioural, and social development, as well as supporting non-native English speakers, those with health issues, or disabilities.
- Someone who prioritizes children's learning
- Valuing respectful relationships with students and families
- Understand standing that a happy, calm, and safe environment fosters optimal learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
