Job description

Are you passionate about education and eager to make a positive impact in the lives of students? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our team in Ashford, Kent. If you possess the ability to drive and have the right to work in the UK, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of students within our school. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Providing one-on-one support to students who may require additional help.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Supervising students during break times and other school activities.
  • Assisting with classroom management and behavior support.
  • Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to meet the diverse needs of students.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Ability to drive is essential for commuting to various school locations.
  • The right to work in the UK is essential.
  • Previous experience working in an educational setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work with students of different age groups.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
