Position: Level 3 Early Years Educator
Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester
Contract: Long‑term / Ongoing
Salary: £95 – £105 per day

L3 Early Years Educator Responsibilities:
• Taking on a consistent long‑term role within a nursery or early years setting.
• Supporting daily routines, planned activities, and child‑led learning.
• Delivering engaging, play‑based learning in line with the EYFS framework.
• Building warm, trusting, and supportive relationships with children and families.
• Contributing to observations, assessments, and ongoing learning journals.
• Ensuring safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Maintaining a calm, positive, and professional approach as part of a permanent team.
L3 Early Years Educator Requirements:
• Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent).
• Commitment to long‑term work and consistency.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Confident communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive, positive, and child‑centred mindset.
• Experience in a nursery setting (desirable but not essential).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
