Position: Level 3 Early Years Educator
Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester
Contract: Flexible / Supply
Salary: £95 – 105 per day

We are seeking enthusiastic practitioners to join our trusted pool of early years staff, providing high‑quality support to nurseries and early years settings when they need it most.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you enjoy variety, love stepping into new environments, and can quickly build positive relationships with children and colleagues. We are looking for people happy to approach a variety of roles; D2D, Short-, Long-term.
Teaching Personnel work with nurseries across Stockport and if you are looking for a role that offers a variety of settings, flexible schedule and a better work / life balance. This is the role for you.
L3 Early Years Educator Responsibilities:
- Providing high‑quality support across a range of early years settings.
- Stepping in to assist with daily routines, activities, and child-led learning.
- Delivering engaging, play‑based learning in line with the EYFS framework.
- Building warm, supportive relationships with children.
- Adhering to safeguarding, health, and safety procedures always.
- Maintaining a calm, positive, and professional approach in new settings.
L3 Early Years Educator Requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent.
- Flexibility to work in different nursery settings.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS.
- Confident communication and people skills.
- A proactive, can‑do attitude.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new routines and environments.
- Prior nursery experience (desirable but not essential).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
