Job Title: KS3 Tutor

Location: England, Greater London, Romford

Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time

Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified KS3 English, Maths, and Science Tutor to join our team in Romford, Greater London. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality educational support to Key Stage 3 students in English, Maths, and Science.

Job Duties:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in English, Maths, and Science to KS3 students
  • Assess students' learning needs and tailor lesson plans accordingly
  • Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress
  • Monitor and track students' progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
  • Collaborate with other educators and parents to ensure student success

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience in tutoring or teaching KS3 students
  • Strong subject knowledge in English, Maths, and Science

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • A relevant degree in Education or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience working with Key Stage 3 students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students
  • Experience in teaching in a diverse classroom environment

Working Conditions:

  • Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
  • Temporary position with the possibility of extension

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
