Location: Fleet, Hampshire

Salary: £95 - £130

Start Date: Immediate / Flexible

A large, high‑performing community secondary school celebrated for its inclusive ethos, academic excellence, strong relationships, and abundant opportunities for student growth is seeking a motivated Cover Supervisor to join their team and uphold their values!

This opportunity is ideal for educator’s who want to gain valuable classroom experience or are considering a future in teaching!

The Role

You will be responsible for supervising classes of students aged 11-16 years old during teacher absences, ensuring learning continues productively. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies, and maintain a focused and effective learning environment. This role may also require providing additional support to students with special educational needs.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience working with secondary aged students
• SEN experience / ability to support additional needs
• Confident and adaptable in a classroom setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students
• Genuine enthusiasm for supporting young people
