Key Stage 2 Tutors Required in Calverton (NG14)
Join the UK's leading education agency, TP Tutors! We proudly supply tutors to Nottingham Local Authorities and are seeking new tutors to join us, ready for work starting from April 2024 onwards.
What You'll Do:
- Facilitate access to education (Maths and English) for students currently out of school or not attending mainstream education.
Where You'll Work:
- In local libraries, family homes, foster homes, or residential children's homes.
What You'll Teach:
- Deliver KS2 level instruction in core subjects of Maths and English, including older pupils working at Year 3 - 6 levels.
Who You'll Tutor:
- Work with Primary and Secondary age students who present with various additional needs, such as SEMH, ASD, ADHD, global delay, medical conditions, emotional difficulties, or trauma (including Looked After Children).
Hours Per Week:
- Anywhere between 1-20 hours per week. The typical referral consists of 10 hours per week (split into 2 hours per day, 5 days per week, during term time); however, this may vary depending on individual student requirements.
Number of Students:
- Take on as many students as you can accommodate in your daily schedule!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
