KS2 Teaching Assistant – Full Time – Southampton – September Start

Are you a driven and motivated individual looking to take the next step in your education career? Teaching Personnel is currently working with a friendly and forward-thinking primary school in Southampton, seeking a full-time KS2 Teaching Assistant for the upcoming academic year.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in Key Stage 2, working alongside a dedicated teaching team to help children reach their full potential. The role involves a mix of classroom-based support, small group interventions, and one-to-one assistance where needed.

Experience working in a primary setting is desirable, but more importantly, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, enthusiasm, and commitment to making a real impact.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn

• Has a genuine interest in supporting children’s learning and development

• Works well as part of a team and can follow direction from class teachers

• Ideally has experience in a KS2 setting (but not essential)
