Are you a passionate and reliable Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role this summer term? Teaching Personnel are currently working closely with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the CF3 area who are seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while making a real difference in pupils’ learning and development.

The Role:

• Supporting the Year 3 class teacher with daily classroom activities
• Working with small groups to reinforce learning in literacy and numeracy
• Providing general classroom support to maintain a positive learning environment
• Assisting with behaviour management and encouraging pupil engagement
• Helping to prepare learning materials and classroom resources

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children (school, childcare, or similar)
• A positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s education
