Exciting Opportunity for Key Stage 1 Teacher - Join Our  Team!

Are you ready for a fulfilling career change? We invite you to be part of our partnered primary school in the Scunthorpe area, as we actively seek a dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our dynamic team starting in March.

Position Details:

  • Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday.
  • Competitive Compensation: Earn a daily rate ranging from £130 to £170.
  • Class Sizes: Manage classes with 25-30 pupils.
  • Commencement Date: May 2024.
  • Holiday Pay: All pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
  • Temporary Position: Initially temporary, with potential for a permanent role.

Responsibilities: As a Year 1 Teacher, you will:

  • Implement positive behavior management strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with support staff in your classroom.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons based on a solid understanding of the national curriculum and phonics schemes.
  • Address learning gaps and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
  • Adhere to and implement safeguarding procedures.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
