Primary Learning Support Assistant
Location: Alton, Hampshire
Start Date: ASAP
Term Time Only | Monday to Friday
8:15am – 3:30pm
Potential for a permanent position to arise for the right educator.
£13.75 an hour.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a motivated and inclusive primary school in Alton. This is a full-time, term-time only role, ideal for someone looking to work within a caring and collaborative school setting.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting
- A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for supporting young learners
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or SEND support (desirable)
What You'll Do:
- Support individual pupils or small groups with a range of educational needs
- Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
- Foster a safe, positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills
- Collaborate closely with teaching staff, SENDCO, and external specialists
