KS1 PPA Teacher, Levenshulme, M19

A two form entry primary school in the Levenshulme area of Manchester (M19) are seeking a PPA Teacher to work across KS1 on a full time basis starting after the Easter holidays up until the end of the academic year. The successful applicant will have a sound knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and will be able to effectively monitor learning to move children on with their learning. The school are looking for a flexible teacher who is able to work well alongside other practitioners to ensure all children in the class make excellent academic progress.

The role is to work in a larger than average, two form entry primary school. At its last OFSTED inspection, the school got graded 'GOOD' with aspects of 'OUTSTANDING'. The school focusses strongly on encouraging 'children to achieve their best' and believes that there needs to be a 'really positive co-operation between home and school'. The school are looking for a dedicated Teacher who is able to build strong relationships with the children and their parents to keep them updated on class activity and progress made.

This PPA teaching role will start after Easter and will run up until the end of the academic year.

To be considered for this post, you will:

  • Have recent and relevant experience teaching in KS1
  • Have a sound knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
  • Be a dedicated Teacher with a flexible attitude and passion for encouraging learning!
