KS1 PPA Teacher

Teaching Personnel are currently working with our partner school in Southampton, who require a part time Key Stage 1 PPA Teacher, the role is due to commence once schools return to normal. The role is for 3.5 days per week, specific days can be negotiated.

The school require a qualified teacher who has previous experience of teaching across Key Stage 1, with the ability to adapt their teaching style to suit the relevant age group. The successful candidate will move between classes to provide cover during set PPA time each week.

The school are dedicated to both pupils and staff and are constantly reviewing how they can improve the school to ensure all pupils receive a high-quality education in a friendly and engaging atmosphere.

The successful candidate will be required to mark all work completed by pupils and to report back to the class teacher via the online staff system. The role will also include a limited amount of planning.

To be considered for this role:

- Qualified Teacher Status

- Experience of Teaching across Key Stage 1

- Suitable references

- An Enhanced DBS Certificate

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
