Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Manchester (M16)
An experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant is required to lead a small intervention group of Year 2 children, who require extra support in their Literacy and Maths.
This Manchester (M16) based ‘Good’ school is currently working on raising attainment levels in KS1. Year 2 is a crucial year for children and the school is taking the necessary steps to ensure that they receive the best possible grades. This ‘two-form’ entry school is interested in employing a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to deliver small group intervention within core subjects.
The ideal candidate will be Level 3 trained and have prior experience working with children on a 1:1 and small group basis. The Governors are looking for an individual who is creative and able to motivate the pupils to try their very best.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Level 3 trained Teaching Assistant or Graduate
- Has previous KS1 experience
- Comfortable delivering small group intervention
- Will be able to start immediately
