Salary: M1-M6
Contract: Full Time

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our welcoming and ambitious primary school in Brierfield from September 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity for an excellent classroom practitioner, whether you are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced teacher looking for your next challenge. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and ensuring every child reaches their full potential.

The Role

As a Key Stage 2 Class Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that inspire a love of learning.
  • Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Plan, assess and adapt learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Have high expectations for achievement, behaviour and attendance.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and participate in school improvement initiatives.

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and behaviour management.
  • Is committed to raising standards and improving outcomes for all pupils.
  • Has high expectations and a passion for helping children succeed.
  • Is a reflective practitioner who is keen to develop professionally.
  • Works effectively as part of a team and contributes positively to school life.
