Teaching Personnel is seeking to appoint a Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teaching Assistant to join our successful supply teaching team and to work in a local primary school in South Sheffield. The successful candidates will be based in a Year 6 class full time from September 2019. Previous experience running Literacy and Maths interventions is beneficial.
The school are looking for an experienced Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to work alongside teachers, senior leaders and governors.
The desired Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teaching Assistant will be supported by a caring management team with high aspirations for the school. The Head Teacher has a positive approach to leading and managing the school. Children in Key Stage 2 currently make good progress and enjoy coming to school.
To be considered for the position of Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teaching Assistant you must:
- Have experience supporting children in primary education in Key Stage 2
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in childcare
- Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Primary School Staff
- Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons
