As an Intervention Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing targeted support to students who require additional assistance in specific areas of their learning. You will have the opportunity to:
Work closely with classroom teachers to identify students' individual learning needs and create tailored intervention plans
Deliver one-on-one or small group sessions to support students in mastering key concepts and skills
Foster a nurturing and encouraging environment where students feel empowered to overcome challenges and succeed
Monitor and assess students' progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents/guardians
Collaborate with the wider school community to promote a holistic approach to student development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
