Salary: Group L6B–L18 | £58,569 – £77,924 per annum

We are seeking an exceptional Headteacher to join one of the schools in Cambridgeshire, part of the Diocese of Ely Multi Academy Trust (DEMAT). This is a unique opportunity to lead a school with a strong Christian ethos, committed staff, and a community that values excellence in education.

As Headteacher, you will:

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified teacher with substantial leadership experience in primary education

• Has a strong record of school improvement and raising achievement

• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, organisational, and strategic skills

• Is passionate about inclusion, wellbeing, and safeguarding

• Can work effectively with Trust leaders, governors, parents, and the wider community
