About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital part in maintaining high‑quality learning across KS3 and KS4. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading classes of students aged 11–16 in the absence of the teacher
• Delivering pre‑planned lesson materials and supporting ongoing learning
• Maintaining a purposeful, positive classroom environment
• Encouraging strong behaviour and engagement in line with school expectations
• Offering additional support to students with SEND where required
