About the Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in enhancing the learning experience and supporting pupil progress. You will work closely with class teachers to deliver high‑quality support, contributing to a positive and engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small‑group support to Year 5 and Year 6 pupils
• Assist teachers in planning and delivering differentiated learning activities
• Monitor, record, and report on pupil progress
• Support the social, emotional, and academic development of learners
• Prepare classroom materials and resources
• Help maintain a calm, inclusive and well‑managed learning environment
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a committed professional with:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (non-EYFS specific) – essential
• Experience supporting pupils across Upper Key Stage 2
• A proactive, motivated, and compassionate approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting pupil development
