About the Role
In 2016 the school received additional funding to support a NQT's particularly specialising in Mathematics, Science and the Arts. As a progressive school, NQT's are paired with a mentor who has similar interest and a career path in which you have decided upon. On numerous occasions the school has been given a rating of 'OUTSTANDING' by Ofsted and has since then worked on maintaining and improving current practises.
As an Art and DT teacher you will be teaching across both the KS1 and KS2 curriculum's where you will cover a range of subjects with the students After the first term, you will then have the opportunity to divulge in a specific area of your choosing and one that you believe that the pupils will thoroughly enjoy.
What we are looking for?
- Qualified Teaching Status
- Creative Arts or Art Degree
- Degree in Music or Relevant Teaching Experience
- Passionate about Teaching
