Teaching Personnel work in partnership with school all across South Wales, and as such have a number of opportunities for cover supervisors to work on short term cover, including daily supply and fixed term appointments.

Working as a cover supervisor will entail, delivering pre-planned work schemes in cross-curricular, behaviour and classroom management ensuring the schools behaviour policy is adhered to and ensuring students are focused and stay engaged with work set. You do not have to be a specialist in the subjects covered but a good level of understanding is desirable.

We would welcome all applications from those with relevant experience, those that have been successful in the roles previously have come from backgrounds such as Teaching Assistants, Sports Coaches, Youth Workers and Public Services. Due to the nature of these roles it is essential that we can understand your availability and have open lines of communication in order to service both your needs and the needs of the schools in the most efficient manner.
