An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HLTA at a school in Stratford. The school has received a "GOOD" rating from Ofsted and boasts fantastic exam results. The school believe that education is best taught in an environment that is enjoyed by both teachers and students and have an effective behaviour policy in place to create this learning environment.

The Role

**HLTA - East London**

*HLTA - Stratford*

The role is for a full time HLTA and really suits someone who wants a job where no 2 days are the same. One day you may be assisting teachers with the running of classes, the next you may be working with students 1:1 or in small groups and another day you may be leading other teaching assistants. Requirements;

• Ideally educated to Degree Level (BA/MA etc.)
• A Teaching Assistant Qualification would be advantageous.
• Experience working in a school is essential.
• Experience as an HLTA is not essential however would be a massive advantage.
