Higher Level Teaching Assistant Required

Teaching Personnel are working with a primary school in Bridlington to recruit Higher Level Teaching Assistant, who will provide support in their Early Years Provisions. The school require this additional support in order to meet their ratios and in order to effectively undertake assignments

The role

You would be required to work in the school's Early Years Provisions and provide support in a variety of ways, from providing general classroom support to working alongside the teacher to deliver the curriculum.

The School

In the school is situated near Bessingby. They have a supportive team who will be able to provide assistance when needed but also require someone who will be able to use their own initiative and following direction when required.

Role Requirements

Those who apply must have experience of providing support within Early Years Provisions and at least hold HLTA status. Those who hold a degree and have some experience of leading lessons are also encouraged to apply. You should be familiar with the Early Years curriculum and be confident in supporting pupils with all abilities.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
