Highly Qualified Teaching Assistants required in Bradford

Working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant is a great way of getting your foot in the door and taking your first steps into an exciting and rewarding career in education. This role will help you gain valuable experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, learning from current teachers and adding to your skill set whilst also having the opportunity to add recognised experience on your CV - putting you in a better place to secure a permanent teaching role after completing your PGCE or similar teacher training programme.

Duties as a Graduate Teaching Assistant Include:

  • Assist in delivering effective teaching on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
  • Supporting pupils in any education, behaviour or emotional difficulties they may encounter
  • Help with the planning and marking of lessons
  • Support the development of pupils, educational and behaviour related
  • Prepare classroom recourses
  • Provided feedback to teachers and parents of pupils progress and any difficulties encountered
  • Help with extracurricular activities such as revision sessions

Working with Teaching Personnel you will have the opportunity to gain extra skills and experience through one of our many extra training courses, put in place to help make you more employable and assist you in becoming a better teacher in the future. As well as this you will also have the opportunity to earn a weekly wage on a flexible basis, full or part time, benefits include:
