New Higher Level Teaching Assistant job opportunity available.

Teaching Personnel work closely with a variety of schools in Cornwall and are currently looking to employ Higher Level Teaching Assistants to work in the South.

If you are a confident, motivated TA with a passion for education and looking to gain invaluable experience within education this job role could be perfect for you.

The school are looking to recruit & appoint ASAP.

POSITION: HTLA - Primary School - Key Stage 1/2.

PERSON: Ideal for: Learning Assistants wishing to gain more experience.

SCHOOL: Fantastic schools in and around the South of Cornwall.

LOCATION: South Cornwall

TRANSPORT: Full Drivers Licence is desirable as public transport is limited.

START DATE: Early September.

PERSON: - Who are the school ideally looking for…

To work with Key Stage 1 & 2, the school ideally wants someone with HTLA Training as extra work is required. The ideal candidate should bring enthusiasm to every lesson and promote this within the classroom. You should be able to adapt teaching methods to suit all children's needs and be willing to assist them with any additional needs they may have throughout the day.

ROLE: - What will your role include…

If successful you will be required to cover planned absences, prepare occasional lessons, and assist both the teacher and the children inside and outside of the classroom. You will work with a mixed amount of groups ranging from the whole classroom - 1:1. As a HLTA you will take on extra responsibility within the classroom as well and may practice a range of Phonic and Math schemes.
