We’re currently working with a welcoming and supportive primary school who are seeking dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to support pupils and help raise attainment across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

The Role:

As an HLTA, you’ll work closely with class teachers to plan and deliver high-quality learning activities, provide targeted support to small groups and individual pupils, and occasionally lead full class sessions.

Your responsibilities will include:

-Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups

-Supporting the class teacher with classroom management and learning activities

-Leading interventions for literacy and numeracy

-Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback

-Assisting with planning and assessment where appropriate

About You

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals with:

-HLTA status or equivalent experience

-Proven experience working within primary education

-Strong behavior management and communication skills

-A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed

-A flexible and proactive attitude
