HLTA Role – Temporary (Potential for Permanent Position)

Pay Rate: £105 – £115 per day
Contract: Full-time

A large primary school in the L1 area is seeking to appoint an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) on a fixed-term contract commencing in September 2026. The role will run for the full academic year, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing cover for PPA time and staff absences across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Experience working within both key stages would therefore be highly advantageous.

The school currently holds a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating and enjoys a strong reputation within the local and wider community.
