Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Bury
Flexible Schedule | Excellent Pay Rates | Primary Schools
We are currently recruiting qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join our supply network for partner primary schools across Bury. If you’re experienced in classroom delivery and passionate about improving pupil outcomes, we want to hear from you.
We have full-time and part-time positions available, Monday to Friday, with placements ranging from short-term cover to ongoing roles starting immediately or in the new academic year.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold HLTA status or equivalent relevant qualification
- Be confident in leading small groups or whole class sessions
- Possess excellent communication and behaviour management skills
- Be adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic about making a difference in the classroom
- Have recent, relevant experience in a primary school setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
