Job Title: High-Level Teaching Assistant
Location: Leighton Buzzard, United Kingdom
Salary: £100 per day
Hours: Full-time, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Start Date: April 15th

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a High-Level Teaching Assistant in Leighton Buzzard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support to the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Lead small group activities and interventions to support student learning and progress.
- Assist in planning and preparing resources to meet the needs of individual students and the whole class.
- Support the management of behavior and classroom dynamics to create a positive learning environment.
- Provide feedback to the class teacher on student progress and performance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary or secondary school setting.
- Previous experience covering primary classes
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and the ability to support students across a range of subjects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and take initiative when necessary.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school and students.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare are desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
