Health & Social Care Teacher – Secondary School (Poole)

Full-time or Part-time | Flexible | Until end of the academic year

A mainstream secondary school in Poole is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Health & Social Care Teacher to join their team on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexibility available for the right candidate. This position is until the end of the academic year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured Health & Social Care lessons, supporting students to develop a strong understanding of the subject and achieve positive outcomes. The role may involve teaching KS4 and/or KS5, depending on experience and timetable requirements.

The school is looking for someone who:

• Can plan and deliver high-quality Health & Social Care lessons

• Has experience teaching Health & Social Care within a secondary school or college setting

• Is confident managing classroom behaviour and motivating learners

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or has relevant subject teaching experience

• Is adaptable, reliable, and committed to supporting student progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
