As Head of Science, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and motivating a team of passionate science teachers across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. You will drive the delivery of an engaging and challenging science curriculum, ensure high-quality teaching and learning, and foster a positive learning environment that supports pupil progress and achievement.

We are seeking a candidate who:

• Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and significant teaching experience in science

• Demonstrates strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire both staff and students

• Possesses excellent subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics

• Is committed to continuous school improvement and professional development
