Job Description:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity in students' education during the absence of regular classroom teachers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and managing classes in the absence of the teacher.
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Ensuring students are engaged and focused on their tasks.
- Managing classroom behaviour and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Providing feedback and support to students during their lessons.
- Collaborating with teaching staff and school leadership to maintain a high standard of education.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A degree in any subject or relevant educational experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
