Graduate Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel currently have a number of Graduate Teaching Assistant opportunities within our client secondary schools located in Oldham.

• Full time and part time Graduate Teaching Assistant positions available from January 2021
• Supporting the learning of pupils aged 11-16 across all subject areas
• Pay of between GBP1200 - GBP1350 per month

We are currently recruiting graduate teaching assistants on behalf of three of our client schools across Oldham. These schools wish to appoint additional teaching assistants to support the learning and development of their pupils.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant you will play a vital role in school assisting identified pupils in specific subjects where they aren’t currently making their expected progress. This is a rewarding role and the perfect opportunity to gain experience for those considering beginning teacher training next year.

Graduate Teaching Assistant responsibilities include:

• Providing 1:1 support to pupils across a range of subjects
• Delivering tuition to pupils who require additional support within their studies
• Supporting the learning of SEN pupils
• Assisting the deliver lessons with support of teachers.
