We are currently experiencing a high demand for graduate Teaching / Learning Support Assistants in the Boston area, and are seeking graduates for a number of long and short term roles.

If you have a degree in any of the following subjects, we would love to hear from you:

  • Special Educational Needs, Disability & Inclusion
  • Early Childhood Studies
  • Education Studies


We are urgently seeking an Education graduate for an exciting role at a friendly Primary School in Boston, to work 6 hours per day, 5 days per week as a general classroom assistant within a year 6 class for the rest of the academic year. The role will include some small group intervention work.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive and flexible attitude and be confident to work in a classroom environment. Experience in a similar role would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided. Duties will include providing 121 support for pupils with SEN as well as booster sessions for small groups of low ability pupils.
