Education Graduates required for Secondary Schools in Bradford

  • Do you have a degree in Education or a Secondary taught subject?
  • Are you looking to further your career within the Education Sector?
  • Are you interested in supporting learners and passing on the knowledge you have?

On behalf of my workforce partner schools in Bradford, we are seeking graduates who are interested in pursuing a career in Secondary Education. Successful candidates will be required to provide specialist support for pupils in our Bradford Secondary schools. This is a highly rewarding role, giving aspiring teachers vital experience and the chance to gain an understanding of the complexities relating to all aspects of school life/teaching including Special Educational Needs (SEN).


This role has a number of names – Cover Supervisor – Behaviour Support Worker - Learning Support Assistant - Teaching Assistant. The graduate will have a desire to work with young people and aim to make a real difference to a child’s life.

We are looking for hard working and committed individuals who ideally want to progress to the final goal of being a FULLY QUALIFIED TEACHER.

The following are essential to the role:

• Recent graduate in Education of Secondary based subject - or current student.

• Firm understanding of meeting the Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs of young people

• Ability to deliver pre planned work and maintain classroom behaviours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
