Graduate Teaching Assistant

I am looking for core subject graduates to work at an outstanding school based in Grimsby. My client is looking for a pro active individual to work as Teaching Assistant providing support 1 to 1 or in small groups. You will assist the Teacher in the delivery of lesson plans with accordance to the National Curriculum and help manage the classrooms general behaviour.

We work with a variety of different schools in the area, covering all major sections of education. We work particularly close with Primary, Secondary and SEN facilities, providing learning support to every department. If you have a degree or have experience working within education

The role:

ü  A Child workforce DBS, on the update service - we can support you through the process of applying for one if you do not already have one.

ü  Excellent behaviour management and motivational skills

ü  Assistance in the preparation and delivery of lessons with accordance to the National Curriculum

ü  1:1 Tutoring

ü  Work closely with support staff and teachers to develop education plans

ü  Engage students and develop their academic potential

ü  Potential for a temp or perm option
