An Outstanding secondary school in the BL4 area is seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain paid, hands-on classroom experience – perfect for aspiring teachers or those considering a career in education.

Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: BL4, Bolton
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time, term time only
Salary: £89.38 – £100 per day (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

• Support students across KS3 and KS4, including in-class assistance and small group interventions.

• Work closely with teachers to help deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.

• Gain invaluable experience in a high-achieving, supportive school environment.

• Ideal for graduates in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Psychology or related fields.

What We’re Looking For:

• A 2:2 or above in your degree (education-related or subject-specialist preferred)

• A proactive, empathetic, and patient attitude

• A genuine desire to make a difference in young people's lives

• Prior experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
