Teaching Personnel working alongside a ‘GOOD’ client primary school in the Rusholme area of Manchester (M14) who are looking for a psychology graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full time basis starting ASAP.  The school are looking to appoint a psychology graduate to support a handful of children with specific needs on a 1:1 and group basis. The successful applicant will have experience working with children in an academic setting and will be looking to develop their career in education. This is a full time Teaching Assistant position that will run up until the end of the academic year. The school are looking to appoint permanently for this post so the opportunity to work onto a school based contract will be possible for the right person.

The Head Teacher at the school is looking for a dedicated graduate to join their dynamic team. The school boasts an energetic staffing team and eager children so  is looking for a pro active graduate with an enthusiastic attitude who has a passion for developing a career with in education who is will to get stuck in with all aspects of school life! This school was rated ‘GOOD’ at its last OFSTED inspection.

The ideal candidate will:

• Provide support to children in KS2 child with specific needs

• Monitor and track pupils learning development

• Provide a supportive environment to aid learning

• Work closely with the SENCO to monitor progression
