Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Blackpool starting in January. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact across all primary year groups, supporting pupils’ learning and development in a nurturing environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and pupil engagement.
• Support individual and small group interventions.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a primary school setting is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and supportive approach to learning.
