Level 3 Teaching Assistant – KS1 Class
Location: Blackpool
Start Date: January 2026
Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Blackpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in a Year 1 classroom, helping them thrive academically and socially.
Role Overview:
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities.
- Provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups.
- Assist with classroom management and create a positive learning environment.
- Contribute to the planning and assessment process where required.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience supporting children in Key Stage 1.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping young learners succeed.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
