Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Blackpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in a Year 1 classroom, helping them thrive academically and socially.

Role Overview:

• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities.
• Provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups.
• Assist with classroom management and create a positive learning environment.
• Contribute to the planning and assessment process where required.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience supporting children in Key Stage 1.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping young learners succeed.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
