Graduate Teachers Wanted / Cover Supervisors - Croxteth, Liverpool

Are you a recent graduate looking to work within Secondary schools in the Liverpool area of Croxteth?

Do you want to gain classroom based experience with before going on to your teacher training?

Various secondary schools in the Croxteth / Walton area are looking for recent Graduates to work within their school as a Cover Supervisors, and join their cover teaching team. These Cover Supervisor Vacancies are due to start after the Easter break and will continue for the full academic year. There is an opportunity both full and part-time positions at the school. The schools are seeking cover Supervisors who have a passion for education, and will be able to display a good level of behavioural and classroom management.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher. You will be covering lessons in a variety of subject specialisms, and across the year groups and age ranges. When cover is not needed, you will offer support within your subject specialist area, providing intervention and classroom assistance to pupils.

Role:

  • Full and part-time positions on offer
  • Opportunity to gain classroom based experience
  • Pay rate £275 - £325 per week

The various schools will offer support to both its teachers and pupils, encouraging them to grow and develop during their time at the school. The school is seeking Cover Supervisors to cover lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher. The successful Cover Supervisor will have good behavioural and classroom management.
