Programme Overview
Year One: Cover Supervisor Role
- September 2026 – August 2027
- Salary: £22,500 – £25,000
- Intensive training & mentorship
- Classroom experience & observation
Year Two: Teacher Training Placement
- September 2027 – July 2028
- Continued salary support
- Work towards Qualified Teacher Status
Year One: Cover Supervisor with Full Training Support
Spend your first year as a paid Cover Supervisor, gaining invaluable classroom experience while receiving comprehensive teacher training.
Your Development:
- Regular training sessions covering lesson planning, behaviour management, assessment, and safeguarding
- Dedicated one-to-one mentorship and coaching

Year Two: Formal Teacher Training
Move into formal teacher training while continuing to earn a salary, working towards Qualified Teacher Status.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
