Are you a graduate, considering a role in teaching/ education?

Teaching Personnel can provide a unique opportunity to graduates to gain paid experience within a school which will help an application for a teaching qualification.

A school in Ormskirk, have contacted Teaching Personnel to help them recruit a full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant.

The school caters for 11-18 year olds with social, emotional and mental health difficulties who may display challenging behaviours. The successful candidate must be strong and resilient to be a good role model for the children at the school. The school prides itself on having a board curriculum to reengage their pupils, therefore, the successful candidate should be able to cultivate this interest and ensure to remain positive even in difficult situations.

The school aims to overcome barriers to the young person’s education and help to support students to become more confident in themselves and in their academic ability.

The pay for this role is £13.00 - £15.00 per hour.

The working hours are 8am – 4pm Monday – Friday.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
