Aspiring PGCE student and Graduate required for KS2 general Teaching Assistant role. Birch Vale (SK22) school

Great opportunity for KS2 experience before undertaking PGCE.

Small group interventions focused on Phonics/Reading/Speaking/Maths.

A welcoming, friendly staff team with experienced practitioners to learn from.

A client primary school in Birch Vale, SK22 are looking to recruit a graduate with KS2 experience to come and join their exciting, growing KS2 unit as a general Teaching Assistant.

This growing school with state of the art facilities and excited to add a graduate and possible aspiring PGCE student to their friendly staff team, who are encouraged to treat all children as individuals which helps them to fulfil their full potential.

The ideal candidate would be a graduate with some school based experience in KS2. The role would involve carrying out small group intervention with a focus on phonics, maths, reading, writing and speaking.

*Small group work and interventions with Key Stage 2 children.

*Ideal post for graduates wanting a career in teaching/education

*Supportive, young, lively staff and school support network

*Develop your knowledge of the national curriculum in the core subjects

*Up to £300 weekly pay
