What We’re Looking For-

• No prior experience required (although any experience supporting children with ALN is a bonus).
• A positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for working with learners with ALN.
• The ability to stay calm, adaptable, and compassionate in fast‑paced or challenging situations.
• An Enhanced Child and Adult DBS registered on the Update Service (support available if needed).
• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) (we can assist with this too!).
• A full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle, or willingness to travel between Cardiff sites.
