Job description

Are you looking to take a step into the world of education after graduation from university or college? Do you have a compassionate and patient nature?

If you answered yes to both of these questions, then a career as an SEN TA could be for you.

About the role:

- Participate in training and professional development opportunities related to SEN and inclusive education.

- Provide one-to-one or small group support to help pupils access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals.

- Encourage positive social interactions and emotional well-being through structured activities and modelling appropriate behaviour.

- Support the learning and development of pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including those with autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and other learning challenges.

- Monitor and record pupil progress, behaviour, and engagement, providing feedback to teaching staff and parents as required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
