Job description

Graduate Cover Supervisors – Salford, Bolton & Bury

We are currently seeking high-calibre graduate cover supervisors to support secondary schools across Salford, Bolton, and Bury. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are considering a career in education and wish to gain valuable classroom experience prior to undertaking teacher training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects
  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Supporting students in their academic and personal development
  • Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective behaviour management capabilities
  • A sound understanding of safeguarding principles
  • Familiarity with the secondary school curriculum

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
